At this year’s silent auction, you could win a week’s stay at a beautiful condo at Bethany Beach, Delaware, a bustling summer resort area frequented by many visitors from the Washington, DC area!  Donated by Nancy Hudson, this beach condo is located in Sea Colony Resorts, which is located approximately 6 miles from Ocean City, Maryland. The unit is the behind the Marketplace at Sea Colony on the first street in the tennis community. A pristine private beach is just a short walk away. It’s a great spot for a family vacation or for a group of friends or colleagues to enjoy a week of fun in the sun.

Opening bid: $850   (This condo would rent for approximately $2000/week during summer.)

Highest bidder has the choice of the following dates:

  • June 15-23, 2013
  • June 22-29, 2013
  • July 13 – 20, 2013



  • Two story condo, 2 bedrooms with loft and two baths. Sleeps 8.
  • Queen-size bed in downstairs bedroom, Queen-size bed in master bedroom upstairs, trundle bed (two twin mattresses) in loft. One of the couches in the living room is a sofa bed. There is also a pack ‘n play and queen-sized air mattress in unit.
  • This unit has been completely renovated with updated kitchen, bathrooms, tile floors
  • Flat Screen TV in Living room, cable and DVD, TV in Master bedroom
